  • What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?

    Please bring a valid photo ID for tours. When applying, you will also need to provide proof of income.
  • What are the application and administrative fees?

    The application fee is $75, and the administrative fee is $175. Eligible preferred employers receive half off the application and admin fee.
  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.
  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team can assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.
  • How much is the deposit?

    The standard security deposit is $500. Deposit variations may apply: If approved, a non-refundable key fee is $500. If approved with conditions, the non-refundable key fee is $800, or a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months.
  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent is paid online through the ResMan Resident Portal before the 5th of each month. Rent can also be paid by certified funds in the leasing office on or after the 6th during business hours.
  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Nothing is included in the rent.
  • Do you offer self-guided tours?

    Yes, self-guided tours are available.
  • What is your pet policy?

    We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.
  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No, we are a smoke-free community.
  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    All apartments include in-unit laundry. Deposit variations may apply.
  • What are the parking options?

    Surface lot parking is available.
  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.
  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Yes, we offer a preferred employer program for WCPS (country school), BGISD (city school), WKU Employees (university), The Medical Center (medical), Graves-Gilbert Clinic (medical), Bowling Green Metalforming (industrial), and Sumitomo (industrial). Eligible employers receive half off the application and admin fee.
